BRE was established in Porterville, CA in 1981 by Bob Ruffa and his wife Carolyn. With a set of tools, a 10’ x 10’ backyard shed, and the drive needed to build a
business, Mr. Ruffa started Bob Ruffa Electric. The goal, to provide excellent
customer service and quality electrical work at the most reasonable prices. As BRE has grown over the 43 years in business from one man in a truck to several
professionally qualified electricians and a fleet of service trucks. Now second generation owned and run by Bob’s eldest son Bobby, continuing the great tradition of quality electrical work with the best customer service.
